My career at Apigee spanned supporting a legacy product, launching a brand-new platform, and following the path to IPO. In that time I helped stabilize the product by connecting our clients needs with engineering realities, built an education program from scratch for Apigee developers and delivered it around the world to hundreds of blue-chip clients.
Global Training Director:
Developed, implemented and delivered training programs for both the use of the Apigee product line and the operational management for on-premises installations of the product.
Delivery included extensive international travel to work directly with Apigee's global Fortune 500 clientele generating over a million dollars in new revenue in the first fiscal year of implementation. Enterprise Client Manager:
Worked with key clients with the new version of Apigee. Documenting and facilitating bug fixes and feature requests and keeping clients happy (and on board) during an early adoption program of the new product.
Senior Architect/Client Manager Nike:
Working embedded with the Nike Fuel Band team to integrate the Apigee product. Created new relationships with senior Nike IT decision makers and expanded Apigee's footprint to "foundational" technology status and quadrupled the contract.
