Enterprise Architecture Consulting – Logical Position
Logical Position is a leading internet advertising agency working with big data in a rapidly growing and changing industry. I was asked to review overall IT and Dev best practices with an eye towards creating common enterprise tools. The project leveraged a range of my skills from developing a Technical North Star, defining rules for identifying enterprise resources, engaging and mentoring both developers and Business Analysts to normalize requirements gathering and shifting from an IT focused set of practices to a modern CI/CD pipeline.
Data Migration Architecture – Parr Lumber
Parr Lumber is a regional building supply company which has been growing organically and through acquisition. The development needed assistance in creating reusable tools to integrate legacy ERP systems from multiple subsidiaries and departments. The project required development of data taxonomy rules to standardize language between teams as well as DevSecOps pipeline review, redisgn and management.

Developing a company from the ground up on a revenue-funded model requires a balance between planning and flexibility. I have designed and implemented an enterprise API with core data sets to allow for easy integration to external systems for job seekers, customers, billing and other day-to-day operations.
